Hello steel heads,

this gyuto has got a micro convexed bevel, and made out of 13c26 steel, awesome edge retention for the range of price it will be sold.

Blade is 225mm long, with a masamoto ks like style (one of my fav knives ever), thickness 2.5mm at heel tapering till the point, and a height of 55mm.

Handle is African blackwood and wild olive 🤟
